Lodge Choice

Our emphasis is on choice for our clients. If you decide to buy a holiday lodge on Parc Morlais you will have the opportunity to

• Reserve the pitch of your choice-either a lakeside or garden pitch
• Choose the make and model of your unit from our approved suppliers
• Choose the lay-out inside the lodge
• Select the top of the range fixtures and fittings inside the lodge
• Agree with us the landscaping outside including construction of decking

Some holiday lodges will be directly adjacent to the lakes – with decks where you can sit and enjoy the view-, others will have their own plot of back garden which you can cultivate as you wish.

We will treat each lodge individually and work with the owner to their individual specifications.

We are spending a lot of money and time in landscaping to ensure each unit has a unique aspect and takes full advantage of the views.

We have planted over 200 trees to improve the environment and to complement the 3 small lakes.

As there will be a maximum of 30 units on the park of 8 acres all lodges will have space and privacy-their own parking and either a garden or deck according to location and choice.
